Toshakahana case: Zaradri, Gillani indicted, Nawaz declared proclaimed offender

ISLAMABAD: An accountability court on Wednesday indicted former president Asif Zardari and ex-prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in the Toshakhana reference and declared former premier Nawaz Sharif a proclaimed offender over his continued absence from the proceedings.
In March, the NAB had filed a reference with the Accountability Court against them on violation of rules of Toshakhana that caused a heavy loss to the national exchequer.
The reference has also named Omni Group CEO Khawaja Anwar Majid and his son Khawaja Abdul Ghani Majid.
